Its ridiculous how we tell other people to do one thing yet we do it ourselves and once the other person does it then it quickly becomes a huge conflict. We selfishly consider it unfair, get pissed off and leave the conflict to grow instead of getting rid of it. Before you jump to quick assumptions, take a step back and really think about the situation. Think to yourself have I done this before, is it fair for me to be mad, was it fair for them to have done that? If you have a problem, speak up. Don’t ignore their reason. Try to see it from both sides not simply your own.
